USCIS provided an optional I-129 checklist which you or your employer may want to verify to make sure the I-129 is filled right and all the documents are submitted to the USCIS, along with the proper filing fee. Missing One Single Signature in the Forms (I-129 and I-129H) or One Single Missing Page of the Forms Can Face Rejection.
All checks or money orders are signed and made payable to the “U.S. Department of Homeland Security.” If the petition is submitted with the wrong filing fee, it will be rejected as improperly filed.
