My employer has still not received any update on my case yet. As mentioned on USCIS website, if we haven’t received any update till 20th July, USCIS should be contacted. My employer says that they can just wait for their response.
So, if I need to contact the USCIS helpdesk on my own, what all information would I need to provide to them?
