How to Subscribe?

The login screen to get to the application is accessible at http://h1bwiki.com/h1b-sponsors/. The login screen can also be obtained when you click on the H1B Sponsors page on the home page of H1BWiki website.

Each user needs to subscribe to H1B wiki website to get access to the search application. At the login screen, you can click on “I want a Password!!” to subscribe.

When you click on “I want a Password”, you are then redirected to the subscription page. You need to enter your email and press the submit button to subscribe and get the login details.

After Subscribing?

Once you are subscribed, you receive an email from H1BWiki which includes the login details. Make sure you check your email and you should receive the login details in less than two minutes and do not forget to check SPAM, because sometimes your email from H1BWiki might go into spam folder.

How to Login?

With the corresponding login details you receive on your email, login to the application at http://h1bwiki.com/h1b-sponsors/

H1B Sponsor Search Application User Interface:

Once you are logged in, you are then redirected to the H1B Sponsor Search Application User Interface, where you could do a search, upon your requirements.

• Find H-1B Sponsor Details:

In relevant to an employer, job title, job category and other details, you can do a search on the application and retrieve the results.

The search wizard returns the results for the related search with each LCA listing for that particular search.

A search can be made on following criteria:

• Employer Name
• Job Title
• Job Category
• State
• City
• Status ( Certified, Denied, Certified – Withdrawn, Withdrawn)
• Fiscal Year ( Presently 2010,2011,2012)

Click on Job Title Listing:

When you click on each job title listing on the search results, the LCA details pop up and you get more minute details relevant to the employer or the LCA. This is where you could also get the details regarding salary. This is the key information when you want to know how much you can expect from the employer you are applying to.

Click on Employer Listing:

When you click on each employer listing from the search results, a detailed statistical report respective to the employer comes up with the filing history details for that particular employer.

You see that there would be any of the four different statuses for each LCA.

Certified means the LCA is Approved.

Certified-Withdrawn means that the LCA is approved and then later withdrawn.

Denied means the LCA is denied by the USCIS.

Withdrawn means the LCA is taken back by the employer before it getting approved.

The statistics show how many LCA’s each year are certified, certified-withdrawn, denied and withdrawn.
