• USCIS has received a total of 12,835 comments for the H4 EAD Rule making Process.
• For privacy reasons, few of the comments are not made available. You can read the remaining 12,464 comments here.

Whats next?

USCIS will review all the 12,835 comments before drafting the Final rule. Usually, it will take 30- 90 days to review the comments. Once the review is done, USICS will submit the draft of the final rule to OMB for review and approval.
