Hi, I am in my 6th year of H1b and I cannot extend H1b years as my employer is unable to sponsor green card application for me. I searched online and realized I have to physically leave the U.S. for 365 days and I can return to the U.S. for another 6 years of H1b. My H1b will expire in a few months and I plan to stay in Canada or East Asia after my H1b expires. Can I visit the U.S. during the 365 days using a different type of visa? Each time I visit the U.S.and leave, do I need to start over the count of 365 days? Does it have to be 365 continuous days staying outside of US? Or is it fine with accumulating 365 days of physically outside of the U.S. (with occasionally visit US for a few days in the middle)? Eventually I hope to return to the U.S. for another 6 years of H1b. I appreciate anyone who can answer my question. Thanks!
Almost 95% of indian employers are fraud. I asked for my H1 to be filed I got offers for $5500 for $4000, 3000, 2000 and atlast also $1000. USA has the largest number of scamsters and money fleecers a bit more refined than Africa.

i have heard that if an employer wants to hire an foreign citizen though h1b visa he needs to make sure that there are not any suitable candidates available among USA citizen, that’s why he is hiring an foreign candidate.. is that true ? if so is this rule applicable for h1b visa lottery also?

I was wondering if I can get my first H-1B visa stamping done in London itself while I am there, rather than travelling all the way to India just for this? I will be travelling to London on a Business Visa and intend to stay there for about a week. Is this sufficient time for the stamping to be completed?

I got my EAD almost 3 years back and my company also filed an H1B visa as a backup. So in this situation, if I start a business(LLC) can I work for it?

My question is that I got laid off from my company around 2 months back. I am on my company’s payroll till September 15, 2014.
My H1-B was being filed on April 1, 2014 and it was approved in lottery. But after September 15, my company would terminate since I won’t be their employee.
I got a job in other company but the company cannot transfer the H1 because as per the latest rule, H1-B transfer can only be done once it’s initiated which is on October 1.
If my new company starts the transfer on October 1, can the H1b still be transferred if it gets terminated 2 weeks before Oct 1 (i.e.) on September 15.
Can you please throw some light or may be advice on whom should be the best agency/lawyer that can help

consultant and work for company B, company B wants to hire me and
transfer my Visa, my concern is when company A sent me to their client
company B..they inflated my resume with extra experience..company B will
file my H1b transfer using this inflated resume, will this affect my H1
approval? does changing resume affect H1b approval. Start date of my
work experience for original resume for which I was approved is Nov 2007
but my inflated resume has it as May 2005. Please advice.
