My H1B application was denied because my application did not contain client letter. We have applied for I290B (NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER) with more supporting documents. As per USCIS website, they received my application on August 13. I read somewhere that this process may take between 3 to 9 months. My OPT is about to expire on December 6th. I am very tensed, I would appreciate any suggestions or advise for me to remain in status. Thanks
