According to AILA, EB-2 Priority dates for India may move back to early 2005. We can expect
this backward movement in November 2014 visa bulletin.

EB-2 Cap reached for FY 2014

According to Mr.Oppenheim of Visa Control and Reporting division, the EB2 India cap
for this fiscal year (till sep 30,2014) has been reached.So, EB-2 India category
is unavailable till September 30,2014 effective immediately as of September 10,2014.

If you are planning to file your i-485 applications after September 10, 2014, you may
still be able to file your applications but they will be held for processing till Oct 1st, which is the
start date of FY 2015.
